In this engaging workshop, Eleanor Silverberg will shed light on mindfulness practice and its benefits. Attendees participate as Eleanor demonstrates a modified version of the traditional practice from her book "Mindfulness Exercises for Dementia" that professionals can use, adding mindfulness as a coping strategy to assist people of all cognitive levels and also help anyone who has difficulty meditating.
