In this interactive workshop, author, grief specialist and 3-A coping strategist, Eleanor Silverberg, will be facilitating a modified version of mindfulness session. Attendees will gain a grounded understanding of the benefits of mindfulness as a coping technique to help you pay attention in the present moment. They will participate in a modified version of the practice based on Eleanor's book Mindfulness Exercises for Dementia. Even if you do not have dementia or are not a caregiver, you can take part and benefit - It's for everyone!
